Transportation Program
This program offers door-to-door accessible transportation for persons 55+, dialysis clients and those of any age with a physical disability. This is a safe, professional, and non-emergency service. We provide a timely access to area hospitals, doctors, personal errands, shopping, and more. Some of our goals include creating a sense of well-being and comfort for our eligible clients, as well as assisting them in maintaining their own independence.
This service is subject to a small fee. Gift certificates are available. Please call the office for full details.

Essex Care-A-Van
- Minimum 2 day notice preferred.
- Appointments for all Windsor trips should be scheduled between 10:00am and 10:30am, or 2:00pm and 2:30pm.

Harrow Care-A-Van
- Minimum 2 day notice preferred.
- Appointments for all Windsor trips should be scheduled between 9:45am and 10:30am, or 2:15pm and 3:00pm.

Aging @ Home Mini-Van
- Minimum 3 day notice required.
- This service is on a "First Come, First Serve" basis.
- This transportation service is for clients 65+ whose appointments fall outside our regular schedule.
